Reffells prides itself on the quality of its products, choice and service.  But we don't want to lose out on price either!  Therefore, we offer a Price Promise, so you can be confident that you are getting great value too.

We promise at least to match the overall price of any flooring works on production of a written quote for an identical job from any local competitor provided that the quote is produced within 14 days of placing your order with us.

• "Overall price" means total price including VAT
• "Quote" means a genuine quote where products supplied and work undertaken are the same in all material respects
• "Local competitor" means any bricks and mortar retailer located within a 10-mile radius of our store, including a branch of any flooring chain or department store.
